Do I need to have CrossFit experience to join?

Not at all! The Summer Edge is designed for all fitness levels. Every workout is scalable, and our expert coaches guide you through every movement safely.

How often can I come?

As often as you want! Drop into any of the class times offered: 5:30 AM, 9:30 AM, 4:15 PM, 5:15 PM, or 6:15 PM.

Who leads the classes?

Our certified CrossFit coaches specialize in youth and athlete development. You’ll be coached through proper form, pacing, and mindset.

Can I come with a teammate or friend?

Absolutely! Training is more fun with a friend.
